  Dev doesn't respond, keeps asking to submit a support ticket in the support forum and it's no where to be found.
  
  Reported many bugs in the support page as comments and as you can see (nothing was done). Too many bugs and it's absolutely garbage code.
  
  Dev is too busy with his other application that he sells in Envato and 0 efforts on this one.
  
  Just stay away unless you want to spend hours and hours of fixing stuff. Lacks a lot of basic stuff.
  
  Also the change log is non existence to know what was done on early April hence I asked and got nothing

If we 'do not respond', then how is it that we 'keep asking to submit a support ticket...', obviously we responded many times for that to be the case. You stated that the support forum is 'nowhere to be found'. We simply asked that you send a 'private message' so that we can give you personalized support without exposing any sensitive information. Support requests are not meant to be posted publicly. Codester supports this feature. I only wish you had the patience to use it or at least find out about it.   Of the many 'bugs' you reported, only about two appeared to be valid, albeit minor, issues. And we released new versions with fixes for them. It is not unusual for a new software product to have some bugs. No complex application such as this is perfect. The other things you mentioned were not bugs, but your poor understanding of the code.
  
  To say our app is garbage code is completely wrong and misleading. Our app is well tested, and we have had great feedback from other buyers. We are committed to keep improving this product for the foreseeable future.
